Spider-Man: Brand New Day

There is one scene, at the very end of the credits, and no mid-credits scene. No character appears on screen. It is the interface of Ned Leeds' Spider-Tracker — the app he builds earlier in the film, having kept his memory of Spider-Man but not of Peter Parker — registering a new sighting. The map pulls back from New York, then from Earth entirely, and settles on the spider symbol somewhere in open space beyond the Moon. Nothing explains how Peter got there. The scene ends on a "Spider-Man Will Return" card.

Where reports disagree: Which film this leads into is still open. Tom Holland was not in the Avengers: Doomsday cast announcement, which is why most outlets read the off-world ending as a Secret Wars setup — Battleworld would account for Peter being off Earth. But Marvel has said Doomsday holds unannounced casting, and some reporting still places Spider-Man in it. Neither film is named on screen, so either reading is an inference rather than something the scene states.
